To the beautiful daughters
To the beautiful daughters of Oizys
Blessed with tender hearts, a glass overflowing with grief and despair
Your whole life something was wrong, buried underneath
your skin
An agonizing feeling that you have never been able to speak aloud
Spreading throughout your body bounding
you to the floor unable to move
There is a deep aching in your unseen
wounds you dare not show
A gaping sorrow etched deep into each bone in your body
There is beauty
within the shadows that surround you
With every passing day, you question whether the greatest gift you will ever be given is misery
Why must you bear this burden alone?
Why must you carry the weight of these shadows upon your scarred back?
Though your physical form is chained down through the sorrow in your veins
I know your spirit wishes to fly free
From the shadows festering around you
Into the blazing sun
One day I hope that one day the shackles created through dejection
will one day be broken
To the beautiful daughters of Oizys, I hope you can see the beaming light
